Method

The satisfaction barometer is carried out by an independent market research company - IPSOS - at the request of the Brussels-Capital Region. The last survey was conducted from 22 October to 14 January 2020 based on an online questionnaire and a telephone questionnaire. 10,941 customers completed the survey, 8,841 online and 2,000 by telephone.
